REVIEW:

More short films, kiddies! Today we have CYCLES OF VISITATION, written and directed by Bobby Yagodich.

Our hero comes home. And things are weird. An anonymous note in his pocket, some body-double action, lots of mysterious banging around, things getting knocked over and moved, a blinking lamp, what looks like Krampus in the window…

I have no idea what i’m looking at.

At 28 minutes, this film is a “slow burn”, which normally I don’t really mind but I’m not sure what’s happening here. Is it a time travel thing? Dude is caught in some sort of temporal loop? Is he a ghost haunting his own home? Maybe he’s just crazy and its all in his head?

I honestly and truly do not know.

I couldn’t find any info online about it other than the youtube channel for the filmmaker/photographer. But you know…maybe that’s part of the fun of this one.
