Our First Look At WAYWARD PINES – Check Out The Teaser Trailer

Remember when we talked about WAYWARD PINES? Yeah, me neither – that’s because we haven’t yet but lets change that right now. Coming at us from Fox TV this is is the baby of M. Night Shyamalan who produces the series as well as handling the director duties on the premiere episode.

This sucker has got a cast to kill for with Matt Dillon, Terrence Howard, Melissa Leo, Toby Jones and Juliette Lewis all sharing the small screen. Got the teaser trailer below – give it a look and then we’ll talk

Is it just me or does this have a major TWIN PEAKS vibe running through it? I’m a bit intrigued and FOX has a pretty good track record of bringing quality genre fare to the small screen so bring it on I say!

Here’s the official synopsis straight for the FOX’s mouth:

Ethan Burke (Dillon), a Secret Service agent who arrives in the bucolic town of Wayward Pines, Id., is on a mission to find two missing federal agents. But instead of answers, Ethan’s investigation only turns up more questions. Each step closer to the truth takes Ethan further from the life he knew, from the husband and father he was, until he must face the terrifying reality that he may never get out of Wayward Pines alive.
