Carrie Gets a Mother with Julianne Moore

The Kimberly Pierce remake of Carrie appears to be coming togther quickly with recent news of Chloe Grace Moretz taking the lead as the troubled telekinetic teenager. Now hot on the heels of that news comes the accouncement made that actress Julianne Moore will be playing the role of her mother. This takes previous announcement that Jodie Foster might sign on, out of the running. Whatever the case may be, it’s still a release that I have no desire to see.
