REVIEW:

More short films. kiddies! Today we have THE KILLER IS IN THE HOUSE, written and directed by Marcia Denice.

It starts out pretty straight forward – a young girl (Charlene Kriekaard) alone in a house, a news broadcast reporting a killer on the loose. Pretty clear set up of what’s to come.

Or is it?

Interesting to note that the co-star, Eugene van Houtum, is a professional cosplayer who goes by the name “Cosplay Gene”. Not sure what that has to do with anything, but if you’re one of those people who follow pro cosplayers, that bit of trivia may be pertinent to your interests.

Ms. Denice has two other shorts listed to her credit, but this seems to be the first one, at least according to her IMDB listing. Its short, sweet and to the point. What more can you ask for?
