A Surprising Singer Releases Homage To Stephen King’s CHRISTINE

You would normally have to threaten me with some kind of bodily injury to get me to listen to country music, just not my cup of tea but I have to admit, my love for all things Stephen King related far outweighs my hatred for country music and to say I was a little intrigued when this one showed up in my inbox would be a strong understatement.

Apparently Carrie Underwood has a new album out and is of course releasing singles and videos to help the cause. The latest release is a little number called TWO BLACK CADILLACS and it is a complete homage to CHRISTINE.

Watch and pick out all the references to John Carpenter’s classic telling of King’s tale. Definitely way darker than most things I’ve heard from this American Idol winner.
