We are very proud to announce that we are taking a long history with Wizard World to the next level this year.   Horrornews.net will have an booth at the Wizard World Comic Con in Philadelphia this June 2,3,4,5, 2016.    We are excited about bringing a element of HORROR to Wizard World that hasn’t been seen up until now.   Join us in Philly for some giveaway opportunities and fun times.    We will also have opportunities to join our family of HNN writers,  and perhaps even a few surprises.  We will be located at Booth #831

5:00- 5:45PM VAMPIRES AND ZOMBIES: BEYOND THE BITE (ROOM 121AB)
What makes these beings from folklore so legendary? What does the future hold for the vampire and zombie evolutions? Hear from authors, artists, and genre specialists including Genese Davis (The Holder’s Dominion), Joe McGee (Peanut Butter and Brains), Emily McKay (The Farm), Eric Battle (Vampire Huntress Series) and Jon McGoran (Zombies vs Robots) describe how far the vampire and zombie genres have come and how to create fantastical characters bleeding with rich character.

SATURDAY, JUNE 4
2:00 – 2:45PM THE WALKING DEAD PSYCHOLOGY: PSYCH OF THE LIVING DEAD (ROOM 120AB)
Why have zombie stories grown so popular in the 20th century? Why do some people seem to welcome the idea of a zombie apocalypse? And why has one particular zombie apocalypse story grown so popular? Dr. Travis Langley (The Walking Dead Psychology, Star Trek Psychology), John Russo (Night of the Living Dead, Return of the Living Dead), Josué Cardona (Geek Psych, Game of Thrones Psychology), and Rusty Gilligan (The Walking Dead) take headshots at the zombie phenomenon. Aim for the brain!
