The Raven: Classic Poe revisited

The Raven takes place in 1849 Baltimore and follows Edgar Allan Poe as he searches for a serial killer who has kidnapped his fiancee and has gone on a murder spree that mimics the author’s work.

Hollywood Reporter both Luke Evans and Alice Eve are in talks to star alongside Cusak in the feature. Evans would star as a detective teaming with ‘Poe’ while Eve is set to star as ‘Poe’s’ fiancee. Filming starts October 25th in Budapest and Serbia. I loved learning about Poe at High Scool in English class- his works are definitely dark and odd.
