‘American Horror Story’ House is now up for sale!

So you’ve probably though to yourself while viewing the new hit series “American Horror Story“…ghosts or not, what a cool house!

If you’ve got an extra 4.5 million to spare, then you just might want to catch this opportunity to purchase this lovely gothic establishment before it gets bought up. Thanks to FX, this house is now on its way to becoming its own form of iconic horror item.

It was announced on “People” that the Alfred F. Rosenheim Mansion is now up for purchase “the six bedroom mansion is on sale for $4.5 million”

Reported per People “The AHS house, a.k.a. the Alfred F. Rosenheim Mansion, is a three-story home plus a grand ballroom (formerly a chapel) that features Tiffany stained glass widows and light fixtures.”

The production has been officially moved to a replica set, so you won’t have to worry about any film crews bothering you. The series has been renewed for a season 2, so my guess is that the house will definitely be more than just a conversation piece.
