Daisy Rildey’s Horror Debut, Scrawl is acquired by Cyfuno Ventures

CYFUNO VENTURES ACQUIRES STAR WAR’S DAISY RILDEY’S HORROR DEBUT, “SCRAWL”

Cyfuno Ventures, a motion pictures sales agency, has acquired the sales rights to the comic book horror film, SCRAWL. Cyfuno Ventures negotiated the deal with SCRAWL’s producer, Peter Hearn.

SCRAWL tells the story of a young man and his friend who find their comic book’s story coming to life as they write it. Along with the appearance of a mysterious girl, the young man is forced to face the reality of what he has written and begins a battle to rewrite death itself.

Produced, written, and directed by Peter Hearn, SCRAWL features an ensemble cast led by Daisy Ridley (Stars Wars: The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi).

“It’s a rare occasion that a film like this falls between the cracks,” a representative for Cyfuno said. “We have a great horror film here with an actress who has gone on to become one of the biggest stars on the planet.”

Cyfuno Ventures is currently taking offers on worldwide rights to the film. More information on the film’s release will be available once that sale is complete.
