FINAL GIRL Will Take Horror To School

All the info on a new film by Tyler Shields showed up this morning. We’ve got a poster and a trailer to share with you and the trailer is interesting to say the least. We’ll get to that in a second, first up how about a synopsis and such:

Synopsis
Loner Veronica is new to school, shy and vulnerable, the perfect target for a group of teenage boys who lure girls into the woods to hunt and kill them for sport. It’s only after they get her alone that she turns the tables on them, escaping and revealing she’s armed and knows how to defend herself. Little do they know, Veronica is an assassin-in-training, and she’s chosen killing these boys as her final test. When the dust clears, Veronica will find out if she can be the final girl these boys ever have a chance to hurt.

A pretty impressive cast lends their talents including Abigail Breslin, Alexander Ludwig, Wes Bentley, Logan Huffman, Connor Paolo, Francesca Eastwood and Michael Trevino.

Now, the trailer is an interesting mash up. What director Shields has done is crunch the entire film down to a 60 second clip. Yep, the whole flick in 60 seconds. Not the first time it has been down but I think its the first time, at least that I am aware of, that it has been released as the official trailer. Good idea? You decide.
