News on Hellraiser Remake

While no one is looking forward to the train wreck that is sure to be Hellraiser:Revelations Dimension has also begun work on the Hellraiser Remake. It just shows that even Dimension is not looking forward to Hellraiser:Revelations but it does bring into question if the remake will have Doug Bradley in it. Shock Til You Drop reports that Patrick Lussier and Todd Farmer are taking on the adaptation of Clive Barkers The Hellbound Heart. These two directors have done My Bloody Valentine and the upcoming Drive Angry films previously and are working on Halloween III. These two team up on everything and have been very busy with some very high profile projects lately. I don’t envy them for taking on Halloween III since so few cared for Rob Zombies Halloween II. However they do have balls to take on two different long lasting franchise films but the question remains can they do it well? Time will tell and we shall wait.
