Jack Osbourne and Katrina Weidman are making history as the first and only paranormal team to investigate the infamous LaLaurie Mansion in New Orleans. The highly anticipated investigation will be featured on an upcoming episode of Travel Channel’s hit new series, “Portals to Hell,” on Friday, June 7 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
The historic home in New Orleans is known for its sadistic history and legendary hauntings, inspiring various books, movies and TV shows, including American Horror Story. According to local historians, the mansion’s matriarch, Madame LaLaurie, kept many dark secrets in her house and had a twisted desire for torture and suffering. Now, the “Portals to Hell” team hunts for the truth behind the terrifying rumors that surround this real-life house of horrors and attempts to make contact with the numerous spirits believed to be trapped within its walls.
