Official Trailer & Poster: Tales of Frankenstein (2018)

Horror anthology Tales of Frankenstein will have it’s theatrical world premiere on October 24th in Los Angeles. Tales of Frankenstein will be released on VOD (all major platforms) and DVD on October 19th. This film stars Mel Novak (Bruce Lee’s Game of Death, An Eye for an Eye opposite Chuck Norris, Samurai Cop 2: Deadly Vengeance), Jerry Lacy (TV’s Dark Shadows), Ann Robinson (War of the Worlds), Jim Tavare (Harry Potter & The Prisoner of Azkaban), T.J. Storm (Punisher: War Zone) and Len Wein (Wolverine and Swampthing creator) in his final film.

The movie is based upon four of writer-director Donald F. Glut’s (The Empire Strikes Back novel) short stories published in his book of the same name:

“My Creation, My Beloved,” (a deformed descendant of Victor Frankenstein creates the perfect man and woman), “Crawler from the Grave,” (another Frankenstein descendant’s disembodied, plague-infected arm returns from the grave for revenge), “Madhouse of Death” (a private detective winds up in an old dark house filled with loonies…and a gorilla) and “Dr. Karnstein’s Creation,” (a mad doctor creates a monster in vampire-haunted Transylvania – with gruesomely unexpected results).

This film also stars Beverly Washburn (Old Yeller), John Blyth Barrymore, Douglas Tait, Robert Axelrod (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers) and Jena Sims. The film features special make-up and effects by Emmy winner John Goodwin (CSI).

Numerous celebrities and VIPs are expected at this premiere such as filmmaker Don Glut (The Empire Strikes Back novel), Mel Novak (Bruce Lee’s Game of Death), TJ Storm (Punisher: War Zone), Jim Tavare (Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban), Douglas Tait (Star Trek), John Blyth Barrymore (Fake News), Jena Sims (Kill the Messenger). Other celebrities expected are: writer/directors Mick Garris (Hocus Pocus), John Milius (Conan the Barbarian), Randall Kleiser (Grease), John Landis (The Blues Brothers), Dustin Ferguson (Nemesis 5: The New Model), actors and radio personalities Jimmy Star and Ron Russell (The Jimmy Star Show with Ron Russell), actresses Caroline Williams (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2), Sadie Katz (Wrong Turn 6: The Last Resort), Dawna Lee Heising (Samurai Cop 2: Deadly Vengeance), Vida Ghaffari (The Mindy Project) and many more.

2018 marks the 200th Anniversary of Mary Shelley’s classic novel Frankenstein, so the film will released this fall to coincide with this momentous anniversary.
