The Reflected Self is an exploration of identity. It explores how we are defined by the memories of every experience throughout our lives, and if those memories become misconstrued, would we cease to be who we are?

A converted 18th-century mill is awoken by distant footsteps getting ever closer until its front door swings open for the first time in decades. Dion and his teenage sister, Nia are the home’s new inhabitants – having inherited the building after the tragic death of their parents. Dion now feels an overwhelming sense of responsibility for his younger sibling and desperately tries to build a relationship the two never shared. While settling into their new home, Dion starts to imagine a ghoulish figure in the guise of a Victorian woman – a figure only he can see.
