Cold Prey III: to post

A prequel is in post production for the Cold Prey series. It’s currently only in Norwegian as there is no U.S. Distributor yet. In this third installment for the franchise we find five young friends take a snowboarding trip in the mountains where a a hulking killer lurks. Told through flashbacks we learn more about the killers back history and childhood. Sounds like a monsters origin story which can be fascinating or disappointing depending on the story.

Checking out the teaser trailers available however it does look very cool. I don’t know a word of what they are saying but the imagery tells enough to keep me wanting more. I love how the promo trailer is done in kind of an experimental film way where you are barraged by images shown in reverse. The new teaser trailer is also fascinating and just leaves you wanting more. It holds a lot of promise and will be released in Norway on October 15th. Let’s hope for a U.S. release of this film.
