Cinema Epoch presents SASQUATCH WITHIN, a tense and claustrophobic
psychological horror film directed and written by Gregory Hatanaka (Samurai Cop 2: Deadly
Vengeance). The film is now available to watch in full on YouTube, with additional releases planned for
Tubi and Fawesome.
Blending elements of survival thriller and psychological horror, SASQUATCH WITHIN follows two
assassins who awaken trapped inside a sealed apartment with no memory and a single directive—only
one of them can survive. As the clock ticks down, paranoia builds, memories begin to surface, and an
unseen presence begins to take hold, forcing them to confront not only each other, but something far
more primal lurking beneath the surface.
The film stars Dawna Lee Heising (The Job, Sudden Light), Sofia Papuashvili (One Hour Girlfriend,
Robot Girlfriend Revenge), Jamie Grefe (Bad Girl School, Divorced), Martina Monti (Blue Emanuelle,
Angels of Tokyo Decadence), and Warren Hong (A Man Is Dead, Maid Robot). Producers include
Jamie Grefe, Gregory Hatanaka, and Chris Spinelli, with co-producers Geno McGahee and Warren
Hong. Cinematography is by Jamie Grefe and Gregory Hatanaka, with a score by Toshiyuki Hiraoka.
