Latest news on a not-for-profit, frugal filmmaking contest which is perfect for the Halloween season! Last year, they founded the “15 Second Horror Film Challenge”; a not-for-profit, international online film contest where a Top 10 is determined by celebrity guest judges.

The Low Down

Judges choose their Top 5 picks and all of their votes determine the Top 10 winners. It’s free to enter, filmmakers retain full rights to their work, and they can enter as many entries as they produce. Filmmakers can submit their 15 second horror films through 15secondhorror.ca and our Facebook @facebook.com/15secondhorror. Our current season’s deadline is Oct 24 2016.  All entries via 15 Second Horror Film Challenge premiere online on Halloween. Judge’s votes roll in by late November.
