Encyclopocalypse and Aethon Audio Release Full-Cast Last Wardens Experience

Encyclopocalypse Publications, in partnership with Aethon Audio, proudly announces the release of The Last Wardens: The Drifter, an immersive full-cast audio drama based on the acclaimed comic book series, along with an official companion book for fans eager to dive even deeper into the mythos.

Set in 1975 in the haunted town of Bleakwood, The Last Wardens follows Danielle Pryer as she battles forces both human and cosmic. When her brother Bruce returns from Vietnam, forever changed, Danielle must confront ancient horrors and impossible choices to protect what remains of their fractured world.

Originally launched by Mad Cave Studios, The Last Wardens comic series was co-created by Elliot Sperl (Bob’s Burgers, The Great North) and Amit Tishler, with artwork by Rui Silveira (The Few and Cursed), colors by Francesco Segala, and lettering by Frank Cvetkovic.

The six-issue saga was later collected into a trade paperback edition, offering readers a brutal, emotionally charged journey through familial bonds, supernatural threats, and cosmic terror.
