“It’s Dr. Morrow’s biggest case yet: ‘The Patient From The Black Lagoon!’ What’s the secret of the Deep Ones? How do they fit in with the Relapse, the Extinction Event that’s coming for humankind? And why are Morrow and his medical staff at each other’s throats?’”

Dying Breath: 4.5 out of 5
How many times in your life have you been able to say “That is the most GORE-Geous creature from the sea I have ever seen!” Ketner took that mighty pencil and attacked the page when creating the main beast in this issue and I was left drooling on the pages. The highlight though, and trust me the monster is hard to top, is Seifert’s writing. It’s so technical and funny that it’s just a win win for anyone reading it. I love the back story that we got in this issue, because it opens up the world to so much more. I am scared though with #4 on the horizon that I will be wanting more and more and have to wait and wait for it. For those of you who have not picked up an issue of Witch Doctor yet I am left wondering why. This book is what I would call a funny deeply worded picture book that you need to read. So quit stalling and get reading!
