SYNOPSIS:

THE MOURNING ARCHITECT is a gothic horror descent into grief, vengeance, and obsession. When a former punk-rock icon finally reconnects with her estranged daughter, the reunion is shattered when her daughter becomes the unintended victim of a vigilante serial killer. Her murder leads her and the killer to a 19th-century mansion ruled by The Mourning Architect, an immortal spirit who transforms human sorrow into grotesque works of eternal art. As bodies mount and alliances form, the film builds toward a nightmarish convergence of personal loss and supernatural evil, delivering operatic visuals, practical gore, and an emotionally charged exploration of how grief can warp love into something monstrous.

The film also stars Joe Hollow (Flesh of the Unforgiven), Rhonda Shear,(Up All Night),Brinke Stevens,(The Slumber Party Massacre), Joe Davison, (Stranger Things),and Nicola Fiore (Return to Return to Nuke ‘Em High).

This film in particular is about recognition. That moment when something terrifying feels uncomfortably familiar.” The film is not about death itself, but what lingers after it. The way loss reshapes us over time. The way sorrow becomes ritual, habit and identity. We construct private cathedrals of pain that we revisit long after the door should have been closed. The Mourning Architect imagines a fresh and unique horror character who has mastered that impulse, who transforms grief into structure, permanence, and control. He does not haunt people… he preserves them said Hollow.

Filming starts April in Florida.
