LEVEL UP YOUR HOLIDAY GIFTING: QUEST’S END UNLEASHES “MONK,” ITS FIRST CASK STRENGTH WHISKEY, FOR BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY
Los Angeles, CA – November 5, 2025 – Find Familiar Spirits, the fandom-centric company behind the acclaimed Quest’s End Whiskey, today announced the forthcoming release of Monk, its first-ever cask strength offering, including the highly anticipated next chapter of the brand’s original fantasy saga which accompanies each bottle in the limited-run Class Collection series. Launching just ahead of the holiday shopping rush, this special-edition whiskey is positioned as the hottest gift for the discerning gamer or whiskey collector. Monk will go on sale November 13th, with a special presale November 12th.
Monk represents a major milestone as the brand’s debut cask strength release, delivering a bold, unadulterated flavor for those seeking a truly immersive and high-proof sipping experience. Its release is strategically timed for Black Friday and Cyber Monday, offering an exclusive, ultra-premium gift option for the millions of fantasy and tabletop enthusiasts and sagacious spirits collectors.
A Crossover for Connoisseurs and Gamers
Monk was created to be a singular bridge between the world of high-end whiskey and the passionate gaming community.
“Quest’s End has always been about making spirits that are as authentic to the story and the character as they are to the art of distilling,” said Quest’s End’s Master Blender, Molly Troupe. “With Monk, we are pushing the boundaries even further. Since the monk in our story channels volcanic energy and has such purity in his devotion, we decided that a pure, fiery, cask strength super-premium whiskey would be a perfect fit. It flawlessly blends the world of high-end spirits with the art of storytelling, giving both whiskey connoisseurs and gaming enthusiasts satisfying details to appreciate.”
Monk: Cask Strength Tasting Notes & World-Building
This expression is exceptionally rich, layered, and powerful:
With notes of black cherry, toasted barley, and sun-kissed orange, it’s warm and inviting on the nose. With its high ABV, it remains delightfully warm and seductive on the palate, surrounding the senses with vanilla, freshly baked granola, and plum. At cask strength, this whiskey is both highly aromatic and packs a punch.
As with all Quest’s End releases, Monk arrives accompanied by a new chapter of their ongoing original saga Dawn of the Unbound Gods. This chapter, and the remainder of the Season Two storyline, is being written by fantasy fiction powerhouse Andrea Stewart, best known as the Sunday Times bestselling author of The Drowning Empire trilogy.
The bespoke cover and bottle art were brought to life by modern fantasy master Tyler Jacobson, whose iconic work graces the covers of many Dungeons & Dragons and Magic: The Gathering books.
Availability
Quest’s End Monk will be available for presale starting November 12th for those on the Find Familiar Spirits mailing list, with the official release on November 13th. This limited-run cask strength release is available only while supplies last, just in time to be the ultimate holiday gift.
