ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE: OFFICIAL TRAILER LAUNCHED FOR HORROR-COMEDY ‘DEMON QUEEN PINBALL MACHINE’ AHEAD OF TAMPA THEATRE PREMIERE

Independent horror maestro Joe Davison has officially unleashed the chaotic first trailer for his highly anticipated horror-comedy feature, Demon Queen Pinball Machine. Shot entirely on location in Tampa, the film blends retro arcade nostalgia, physical comedy, and supernatural terror into a high-octane creature feature. The official trailer drops today as momentum builds toward the movie’s theatrical world premiere later this month.

Demon Queen Pinball Machine will make its grand debut on October 29th at the world-renowned, historic Tampa Theatre as a marquee centerpiece of the venue’s celebrated 31 Days of Horror cinematic series. The special screening will take place inside the majestic, historic Duncan Auditorium, offering local cinephiles and genre enthusiasts the ultimate atmospheric setting to experience the madness first.

The Game is Activated: The Synopsis

The film follows two hapless, broke video-store heroes, Derrick and Max, as they take on what seems like a simple delivery job: transporting a vintage pinball machine to a mysterious customer. What they don’t realize is that the cabinet is possessed by a vicious, bloodthirsty revenge spirit dead set on getting her ultimate due. Once the game is plugged in and activated, the coins drop, all hell breaks loose, and the unstoppable Demon Queen goes on an absolute rampage of hilarious, gory destruction.

An All-Star Indie Horror Ensemble

Filmmaker Joe Davison pulls double duty, directing the project and starring as Derrick. He is joined on screen by a stellar lineup of seasoned genre favorites, including:

  • Francesco S. Viola (Night of Blood, Lonesome Soldier, Cupid’s Christmas) as Max.
  • Renee Daw (Sorority of the Damned, Gimme a D!) playing the occult specialist, River.
  • Elissa Dowling (Death Racers, Night of the Tommy Knockers, The Most Dangerous Game) bringing the terrifying title entity, the Demon Queen, to life.
  • Mike Ferguson (Bullet Train, The Hawk, Pancake Man, Dracula Eternal, The Boatyard) as the mysterious client, Eddie.

“We wanted to capture the wild, practical-FX-driven energy of late-80s horror comedies while showcasing the incredible locations and talent right here in Tampa,” says writer-director Joe Davison. “Securing the historic Tampa Theatre for the premiere during the height of the Halloween season is a dream come true, and the new trailer gives audiences just a taste of the quarter-eating chaos we have in store for them.”
