JOHNNY DEPP STARS IN TI WEST’S GOTHIC REIMAGINING “EBENEZER” — ONLY IN THEATRES NOVEMBER 13, 2026

Paramount Pictures, in association with Domain Entertainment, has announced that visionary horror filmmaker Ti West’s highly anticipated holiday feature, Ebenezer, will debut exclusively in theatres on November 13, 2026.

A Wattsco / IN.2 Films production, the movie stars Johnny Depp in the title role as Ebenezer Scrooge, marking a monumental return to major studio lead roles. Ebenezer offers audiences a dark, thrilling ghost story set in Dickensian London, serving up the legendary name you know alongside a haunting, reimagined story you don’t.

Steeped in an authentic, atmospheric 1840s Victorian aesthetic, the gothic film follows one man’s supernatural journey. As the iconic, miserly businessman is visited by the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future, he must confront the chilling mistakes of his life and fight for a desperate second chance at redemption.

Director Ti West (the X trilogy) helms the feature from a screenplay penned by Nathaniel Halpern. West has assembled a powerhouse ensemble cast to star alongside Depp, including Rupert Grint, Academy Award nominee Andrea Riseborough, Sam Claflin, Daisy Ridley, Arthur Conti, Ellie Bamber, Henry Lloyd-Hughes, Charlie Murphy, Tramell Tillman, and screen legend Ian McKellen.

Ebenezer is produced by industry veteran Emma Watts, p.g.a. (Wattsco). The executive producing team includes Ti West, Adam Bohling, David Reid, Stephen Deuters, Jason Forman, Pete Chiappetta, Anthony Tittanegro, and Andrew Lary.

Prepare to face the past, present, and future when Ebenezer arrives to terrify and transform audiences only in theatres this November.
