From the press release:

BLACK SABBATH (1963)

Boris Karloff hosts a trio of horror stories concerning a stalked call girl, a vampire who can only feed on those he loves, and a nurse who is haunted by her ring’s rightful owner.

The NoHo 7 is located at 5240 Lankershim Blvd., North Hollywood, CA 91601. The phone number is (310) 478-3836.

Bit of movie trivia – the NoHo 7 is just 1.5 miles away from Century West BMW at 4270 Lankershim Blvd., which is the filming location of Janet Leigh’s car switcher-oo in Psycho.
