London, Monday 4th October 2010 – GoreZone Magazine Awards 2010 has Awarded Best Horror of 2010 to VAMPIRE GIRL VS FRANKENSTEIN GIRL beating off stiff competition.

The GZ Film Awards took place last night on Saturday 2nd October at the Prince Charles Cinema and will be broadcast on LAVA channel 378 in November, in association with Universal Music (Spinefarm records) and The Cosmetic Science Company.

Vampire Girl vs Frankenstein Girl is the crazed response to Twilight and Let the Right One In and comes from the man behind the outrageousness of Tokyo Gore Police and The Machine Girl – Yoshihiro Nishimura.

Steve Beecham Commercial Director of 4Digital Media said: “We are delighted to have won Best Horror award of 2010 by the readers of GoreZone Magazine. We have worked hard to build our 4Digital Asia label, specialising in Asian “cult” live action films, so we are pleased to be recognised within the UK horror community. Vampire Girl vs Frankenstein has been a hugely successful title for us and we look forward to its continued success on DVD and VOD.”

  1. Yukie Kawamura was good as the lead but IMO the prettiest girl in the movie was Aya Nishisaki (though she only had a small role). Aya’s a fashion model not an actress
