Horror movies offer alot of symbolism and artistic merit. We've found inspiration in the art that avertised these as much as the films themselves.

For those who appreciate this, will most likely find themselves taking a trip down memory lane. So many films, signifying different points in our lives. So much entertainment, so much terror and so much viewing time. These are the true icons of our Horror culture. That unknown fascination for the shadowland.

So we bring you the "Horror Movie ad and poster art" collection. This collection is by no means a complete collection yet - but is in fact the largest collection of modern horror movie art on the internet that I know of captured from newpaper ads, posters and now DVD releases. While there are many films from the film Noire days, such as the old creature features, and b&W releases from the 50's and 60's...We chose to concentrate on the modern wave of films. The slashers, the monsters, the thrillers, the gore....etc.....

Some of these have found new life, while others are only a memory that have fallen to obscurity. Some should have never been made while others have made quite an impact.......... enjoy!
