Quick Superbowl Tease For UNDER THE DOME

If you blinked even once during the Superbowl last night you more than likely missed the plug that CBS inserted for the upcoming mini-series treatment of Stephen King’s UNDER THE DOME.

It is 16 seconds long and really shows nothing what so ever but you know what? It still gets me stoked for the event…

Before you take a look at the short tease, here’s all the info on the project you could possibly need:

The project stars Britt Robertson, Natalie Martinez, Colin Ford, Alex Koch, Jolene Purdy and Nicholas Strong is an adaptation of the novel by Stephen King where “On an entirely normal, beautiful fall day in Chester’s Mill, Maine, the town is inexplicably and suddenly sealed off from the rest of the world by an invisible force field. Planes crash into it and fall from the sky in flaming wreckage, a gardener’s hand is severed as “the dome” comes down on it, people running errands in the neighboring town are divided from their families, and cars explode on impact. No one can fathom what this barrier is, where it came from, and when — or if — it will go away.”

The 13 part summer series will air beginning on Monday June 24th at 10 pm and every Monday after that, all summer long.

An official website also quietly launched, you should go check it out, it lets you put a dome around any address in the country. CLICK HERE and go have some fun.

Here’s that tease:
