Kevin Smith’s RED STATE looks nothing short of AWESOME!
Nothing creepier than real life whack jobs and it looks like Smith has hit a home run with this one. RED STATE tells the tale of a group of kids who answer an online personal ad for sex and find out it’s a trap by a small religious group looking to punish the sinners.
It looks like it turns into a WACO situation with the FBI getting involved and things ending badly for all involved. A much slimmed down John Goodman looks like he is firing on all cylinders. Check out the trailer, you’ll see what I mean.
