An Evening with Roddy Piper

You’ve seen him wreck havok in the ring. You’ve seen him bring hell to Frogtown. You’ve seen him kick ass and not chew bubblegum. But come July 1st – 3rd, genre fans will see “Rowdy” Roddy Piper do soemthing they have likely not seen him do before:
Performing as a stand up comedian.

Yes, you read that correctly. Roddy Piper will be bringing his talents to DAYS OF THE DEAD 2011 for “An Evening With Roddy Piper,” a one man entertainment show that will be part comedy act, part retrospective, and all “Rowdy,” for an event that will be the first of its kind to ever be held at a horror convention. Opening for Roddy Piper will be comedian Brad Thacker, who has opened for such national acts as Dave Attell and Dave Chapelle.

Tickets will be on sale Friday, July 1st at the ticket booth during regular convention hours on a first come, first served basis for only $10! Quantities are EXTREMELY limited, so don’t miss your chance to be a part of this once in a lifetime event ONLY happening at DAYS OF THE DEAD!

  1. I saw him do his stand-up thing at ComedyWorks in Denver a couple of months ago. It was more Q&A than comedy, but entertaining nevertheless.
