‘THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE’ Sparkles at the MTV Movie Awards

It was a night of many shocks, first there was Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis groping one another and then Reese Witherspoon voiced her disapproval of reality television stars and actresses who take nude photos of themselves without obscuring their faces. It seemed that the award show itself was overshadowed by the spectacle created by the award presenters and recipients, but honestly there were no big shockers on who won. THE TWILIGHT SAGA once again proved to be a fan favorite at the MTV Movie Awards and took five awards away from the impressive eight nominations. Awards won include BEST MOVIE, BEST FEMALE PERFORMANCE for Kristen Stewart, and BEST MALE PERFORMANCE for Robert Pattinson. Other winners of the night include Chloë Grace Moretz for BEST BREAKOUT STAR and BIGGEST BADASS STAR for her role in the movie KICK-ASS and Justin Bieber for BEST JAW-DROPPING MOMENT for his NEVER SAY NEVER PERFORMANCE SPECTACULAR. Bieber beat out Natalie Portman in BLACK SWAN for the award.

HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS PART 1 was nominated for numerous awards as well but only walked away with one. Tom Felton repeated his win from last year and once again walked away with the popcorn trophy for BEST VILLIAN.
