Haunting New Poster and Featurette for ‘JANE EYRE’

An ethereal poster that mirrors the inner conflict of the title character is out for the supernaturally tinged JANE EYRE. In the film, Mia Wasikowska plays Jane Eyre, a young governess who encounters more than she bargains for in the dark and imposing halls of Thornfield House. Directed by Cary Fukunaga the film also stars Dame Judi Dench, Sally Hawkins and Jamie Bell. JANE EYRE is currently showing in select cities for a limited engagement.

Synopsis:“Mia Wasikowska (“Alice in Wonderland”) and Michael Fassbender (“Inglourious Basterds”) star in the romantic drama based on Charlotte Brontë’s classic novel, from acclaimed director Cary Fukunaga (“Sin Nombre”). In the story, Jane Eyre flees Thornfield House, where she works as a governess for wealthy Edward Rochester.
