AMC’s ‘The Walking Dead’ Season 2 Coming In July?

According to a statement released from sources close to AMC, “It was a decision from AMC that they wanted to position us in July, along with Mad Men. And I believe they’re going to put Walking Dead in July as well. I think it’s just a sensible thing — they want to attract as many eyeballs as possible, away from the heavy competition of the September, November, January start.”

There’s currently no confirmation on this news from AMC yet, so don’t get too excited yet, although the idea of watching a show about walking zombies during the summer time isn’t nearly as fun as seeing them during the Halloween season.

  1. I like not having to wait 10 months to continue on with season 2 all the same though. Plus it can sometimes be a horror dry spot so this can be an oasis for the summer.

  2. Robbie says:

This show is great and season 2 is coming soon. There are videos now that show the filming of season 2.
