‘Hatchet II’ To Be Pulled From Canadian & US Theaters

It looks like Adam Green may not be too happy to find out that his latest sequel, Hatchet II, will be taken out of theaters, both in Canada and here in the states, due to its unrated and uncut content. So the question remains..why? Well, apparently there will be some sort of press release being disclosed from Dark Sky Films explaining the reasoning behind this pull sometime tomorrow. Seems to me that this only happens to horror films that have a lot of blood, guts, violence and gore. I’m sorry, but that’s the damn horror genre for you. They didn’t pull the remake of Rambo from theaters and that displayed more gore in it than I can say I’ve seen in years. But this is just nuts! Hopefully there will be a reasonable explanation for why this film is being ripped from theaters.
