My good buddy Hart Fisher is fighting the good fight and working harder than hard to bring some of the best 70’s horror that has not been released on DVD/Bluray in the states back to your television sets! His ROKU channel, AMERICAN HORRORS is a freaking cavalcade of the grottiest, grimiest and goriest films of the 70’s, and they’re all waiting for you! And now, he’s teaming up with the gruesome folks at The Grindhouse Channel to bring you a brand spanking new weekly double feature show called Movies From Planet X, and it premiers this Valentines Day! Trust me when I say that Hart has been a soldier fighting on the front line to bring undiscovered horror from the 70’s to you for quite awhile, and he’s doing a damned fine job making it happen! But enough from me, take a look at the official press release below, and if you don’t have a ROKU box – what the hell are you waiting for?

AMERICAN HORRORS & THE GRINDHOUSE CHANNEL BRING YOU A BRUTAL VALENTINES DOUBLE FEATURE!!!
UNCUT HORROR CHANNELS TEAM UP TO CREATE NEW SHOW: MOVIES FROM PLANET X!
LOS ANGELES, CA- Uncompromising horror legend, Hart D. Fisher’s new uncut linear streaming American Horrors Roku Channel has teamed up with uncompromising vod network, The Grindhouse Channel, to bring viewers a brand new weekly double feature show called Movies From Planet X, premiering this Valentines Day, Sunday February the 14th, at 8pm central time/ 9pm eastern with free to watch back to back screenings of the original 70s exploitation classics “I Spit On Your Grave” and “Ilsa: She Wolf of the SS” in all their uncut filmic fury!

Max DeVill and I have been secretly working together for the last six months to pool our resources & bring horror fans a new show focusing on the raw, hard to find exploitation classics that blew our minds growing up,” said Fisher. “The first two movies that leapt to my mind for our Valentines Day Premier were the incredibly brutal 70’s shock classics, Ilsa: She Wolf of the SS and the original I Spit On Your Grave.

The Grindhouse Channel is very excited to be teaming up with Mr. Fisher and the American Horrors team to bring some of the sleaziest films ever made to an audience that will appreciate the flicks for more than just the nudity and violence. The American Horrors crowd are some of the most dedicated fans in the horror world – partnering with American Horrors brings two of the largest online streaming powerhouses together, even if it is only for a few hours a week.

When asked about why he wanted to start working with Hart D. Fisher, Max DeVill, founder of The Grindhouse Channel, said, “I had to jump at the chance to work with Hart. Ever since I was a teenager in the 90s I have been obsessed with serial killers and horror. I read everything I possibly could on every single killer I could find – of course that brought me to Hart D Fisher’s work and I fell in love from the very first page.”

The Grindhouse Channel, with over 280,000 subscribers, is currently the largest independently owned and operated Roku channel and with American Horrors joining the Roku channel lineup last October, this team up was a no-brainer.
