Ahead of their Season 3 debut FOX has released a new promo poster. Ever since, fans from all over have been searching for clues hidden within the pictures iconography (I happen to think the skylight looks like a flying saucer). Already several sites have found almost all the classic Fringe “glyphs” embedded within the photo. Try for to find them yourself (click Here for a larger version). Can you see the Observer? He’s watching you!
Season 3 premieres Thu, Sept. 23, 9:00 PM on FOX, with the episode “Olivia”. The series returned earlier this month with reruns from the end of Season 2 and will continue to until the premiere.
Get your DVR’s ready; a week before the Season 3 debut Fringe starts an hour early at 8:00 PM because FOX is airing both hours of the Season 2 finale “Over There”, back-to-back!
Here’s the Lineup for the rest of September (thanks to TV Guide for some of the listings):
-Thu, Sept. 9, 9:00 PM “NorthWest Passage”
“A murder investigation that may be linked to Thomas Jerome Newton pairs Peter with a local sheriff (Martha Plimpton); Walter dreads a return to St. Claire’s; a visitor arrives from the alternate universe.”
-Thu, Sept. 16, 8:00-10:00 PM “Over There, Parts 1 and 2”
“In Part 1 of the two-part second-season finale, Olivia journeys to the alternate universe with Walter, who is preparing for a showdown with William Bell (Leonard Nimoy).”
“In Part 2 of the second-season finale, Olivia and Walter’s mission to the other side continues, with the fate of both universes and some key individuals very much up in the air.”
-Thu, Sept. 23, 9: 00 PM “Olivia”
Our Olivia deals with her captors on the “other side” while her counterpart continues to infiltrate Fringe Division and Olivia’s personal life including Olivia’s relationship with Peter, who is also from her universe.
