 DANGEROUS COMPANY & MY STEPDAUGHTER

Two Exciting Thrillers Packed with Secrets and Lies
Available on Digital HD and On Demand August 1, 2015

Two chillingly twisted feature films, Dangerous Company and My Stepdaughter, arrive on Digital HD and On Demand August 1 from MarVista Digital Entertainment (MVDE).

Dangerous Company follows Pauline Mitchell (Alicia Leigh Willis, “General Hospital”), a successful businesswoman whose life is seemingly in a good place. But when she finds herself misplacing things, losing track of time and unable to recognize her husband on one occasion, her biggest fear is that she has inherited Alzheimer’s disease, the same illness that killed her mother. However, all is not as it seems, and whether she’s really fallen prey to a debilitating disease or if something else is causing her memory lapses and other issues comes into question. Pauline is faced with a desperate fight to prove her sanity to the police, her doctor and even herself.

My Stepdaughter follows Jill (Emmanuelle Vaugier, “Mistresses”), a recently remarried woman trying to connect with her teenage stepdaughter Casey (Niki Koss, “Girl on the Edge”) while raising her own young daughter, Lydia (Ava Acres). Secretive, with a penchant for dark clothes and black make-up, Casey tries her best to create a rift between her dad and Jill. When Jill’s mother suddenly and mysteriously dies, she suspects Casey is somehow involved. As Jill puts the puzzle pieces of her mother’s death together, a deadly battle for control ensues between mother and stepdaughter with Lydia’s life hanging in the balance.

These heart-pounding mysteries, full of plot twists and chills, will be available on Amazon, Comcast Xfinity, Google Play, iTunes, Vimeo and VUDU, as well as On Demand with Charter, DirecTV, Verizon, and Vubiquity.
